Who we are

TDAC Guide ("the website", "we") is an independent, non-commercial informational project about the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) and Thailand's entry process. It is not affiliated with the Royal Thai Government, the Thai Immigration Bureau, or any visa or arrival-card service. Information about the publisher is on the Legal Notice & Contact Details page.

What this website is - and is not

• It is a free library of informational articles and guides about the TDAC and entering Thailand.
• It is not a travel agency, a visa or arrival-card filing service, a law firm, a government portal, or an online shop.
• Nothing here is an offer. No content on this website constitutes a public offer, solicitation, advertisement of paid services, or an invitation to conclude any contract. No orders, bookings, applications or payments can be made on this website.
• Nothing is sold here. There are no products, no paid services, no subscriptions and no fees. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card itself is filed free of charge on the official portal at tdac.immigration.go.th.

If any page, advert or third party ever asks you to pay "for the TDAC" in the name of this website, it is not us - the arrival card is free on the official portal.
